Teacher of the Day

Today we welcomed Ms. Wilkins as our Teacher of the Day.

Ms. Wilkins greeted the students at the door this morning and wrote our her very own morning message. She planned the day which included fun tables for everyone to rotate through. Students visited play-doh, iPads, building and colouring cats and books. 

Ms. Wilkins joined with the other teachers to go outside for a fresh air break. Upon returning to class students shared a picnic snack while watching story bots. 

Ms. Wilkins engaged in some team teaching with Ms. Ellie in Music class. 

A guided drawing of a notebook with pencil was a big hit with all of the students.

Center time was lots of fun today.  Ms. Wilkins also read a Unicorn story to the class. How amazing to read it all by herself.  

Ms. Johnston took a day off today, thanks, Ms. Wilkins!!!

 Ms. Johnston played games on her phone and read the news while drinking chocolate milk. She put her feet up and relaxed because Ms. Wilkins had it covered. 

Ms. Johnston also had a nap while Ms. Wilkins was teaching.
