Today kindergarten talked about how being alone for the winter holidays might be lonely or sad. We talked about things we could do to help people faced with the problem of being lonely on the holidays. We could:

  • Go to their house and give them a Christmas present (Olivia)
  • Go to their house and help them (Sydney)
  • Go to their house and spend time with them (Zach)
  • Give them a present (Kayley)
Kindergarten decided we could make greeting cards. Today we painted our cards and will add the finishing touches tomorrow. It is wonderful to show kindness and caring for people in different groups within our very own community. We will finish them up tomorrow.

Students enjoyed a band performance by Dr. Martha Cohen students today. Wow, it was fabulous.
