Festive Tree Problem Sovling

We have been working on comparing two things using the words longer and shorter. Today we drew a festive tree and a house. Students measured each using snap cubes and shared a longer and shorter sentence. Students were asked, "Would your festive tree fit inside your house? How do you know?" 

 

Students enjoyed their last learning table today.

Kindergarten joined together to sing some winter songs before dismissal today. How fun.
