Our Rock Star today was Liam.

Liam had an exciting flag to share with us today. His Dad is from Iran and his mom, sister and Liam are from Canada. Liam speaks Farsi and English at home with his family-WOW. His Mom and Dad named him. Did you know that Liam means strong willed, a warrior and protector. That is super cool. Liam's favourite family tradition is to go swimming together with his family at the Seton pool. They all love the waterslides. That is a great family you've got there, Liam. 

Today students enjoyed settling in with morning learning tables. Great work today, kinders.

 

We revisited our healthy snack presentation and students drew items they included in their yogurt parfait to tell about their experience. They connected their ideas to words for their items and did some labeling. Wow, this looks great, Kindergarten.
