Wonderful Wednesday

Kindergarten enjoyed building, creating and imagining new things at their table time today. We also created our own SPLAT work with number pairs. PM finished off their squished paint butterflies-which look amazing. We practiced forming numbers on our whiteboards. Practicing writing numerals 1 to 10 at home is great practice. Try using felt markers, paint, bingo dobbers or small toys.
Sophie and Minelle built a house with a couch.

Evan made a weight to exercise, Dashyl made a diamond like Liam, Hadi made a drone and Abigale made a house.

Emma created a magnificent bridge that could hold people. She got the idea from her brother who is working on structures at school. She used white glue and popsicle sticks. Students were very impressed it could hold an LOL doll in her car. Emma made it with a little bit of help. Her friends had many compliments about how well she did making the legs stand, how it didn't fall over and the awesome colours she used. Way to go, Builder Emma.

We need your help.

  • Please send in any cardboard boxes, cereal boxes, cracker boxes, toilet paper rolls, gift wrap rolls and other small cardboard items for our building.
