Welcome Back

So exciting to welcome back the kindergarten students. Wonderful to see everyone back and eager to learn. Students enjoyed sharing exciting news and spring thoughts during our community circle to start the day. Students completed a spring flower drawing after listening to a story, And Then It's Spring. Students used crayons to colour and did a blue sky wash over top. Students wrote a sentence about spring.

Students welcomed their new class pet to the classroom. Our Beta Fish was unveiled today. Students were excited to brainstorm appropriate names and observe her on the smart board using the doc cam. Very exciting. Her name was chosen by both AM and PM. We welcome, Goldy, to our class.
