Happy Friday, everyone! Today is International Dot Day! We celebrated by reading the story, 'The Dot', by Peter H. Reynolds. Students loved sharing a time they tried to draw something new!

The Inspiration for Our Art Exploration
|
Incorporating our knowledge of lines (zig zag, spiral, straight and wavy), students created their own dot using Mr, Sketch markers and sharpies! Students were put to the test as they demonstrated their cutting skills! Amazing little artists in our PM class today!
Looking for things to work on at home? Ask your child to practice using scissors! Cutting from flyers and magazines can make this super fun! Using scissors is an important skill in kindergarten!
A reminder conferences are Thursday and Friday next week, please book yours today!
Have a wonderful weekend! Stay warm...brrrr!
