It was a fun filled day in our kindergarten classes today! Students experienced their regular school hours for the first time!

Students listened to the story, 'The Kissing Hand' and learned a poem:

The heart is you,

The hand is me,

Together we will always be.

Using crayons, students colored a picture of a hand with a heart to share with someone special at home. Ask your child to say the poem with you and tell you about the story we read.

Students played centers and met new friends. They had their snack together at the classroom tables.
